Assessments will include work-based assignments, reports, presentations and on-job evaluations are among some of the forms of assessments. After WBL, there is a good chance that the industrial partner will hire the student. One goal of the WBL mode is for participating businesses to find, develop, and hold onto potential employees who can join their team after completing their education and contribute to filling staffing gaps.

Throughout the WBL phase, the industry supervisor’s duty as a “teacher” is augmented by academic. Each participating organization will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) outlining their commitment and obligations to Innovative International College and the partnering industrial partner. Finally, the development and results of the interaction with the participating organisation will be periodically reviewed, and if necessary, action will be taken.
