Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Work-Based Learning)
The Diploma in Early Childhood Education aims to emerge the skills to nourish young scholar in learning and teaching and ensure that prospective preschool teachers have the opportunities to obtain a diploma qualification through professional development.
The program equips students for employment in the early learning education industry by providing them with essential knowledge and skills. Innovative International College collaborates with local kindergartens and nurseries to offer an industry-driven course that includes a Work-Based Learning (WBL) component, allowing students to gain practical experience in real-world settings.
Throughout the program, students encounter a unique set of challenges as they strive to meet the needs of young children of diverse ages. They benefit from hands-on experiences guided by experienced teachers, enhancing their ability to adapt and respond to the varying requirements of their students.
