The Diploma in Business Administration (Open and Distance Learning – ODL) is designed to provide flexibility for students who wish to study while balancing work or other commitments. This program covers core business topics like management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship through a combination of online coursework, virtual classes, and self-paced learning modules. The ODL format allows students to access resources and lectures online, promoting an independent learning approach while still receiving guidance from instructors.
This diploma equips graduates with practical skills and foundational knowledge for a range of roles in business settings or further studies in business-related fields.

- Pass (SPM) with Three (3) credits or qualifications recognised as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia;
Or
- Admission to the Diploma program through the Community College Certificate qualification is to pass the Community College Certificate and;
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least One (1) credit
- Continuing studies to the diploma in the same field.
If necessary, the IPTS should provide a bridging program as a strengthening program for students who move from the skills sector to the academic sector.
